We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Official ITV Shop. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
